National Resource Center The Criminal and Civil Justice Office of the Battered Women’s Justice Project is a national resource center on the criminal and civil justice systems' response to domestic violence. In this capacity, it tracks best practices and relevant research within the field, and disseminates information to the interested public. Funded in part by the Department of Health and Human Services, the Criminal and Civil Office staffs a toll-free line and maintains a database in an effort to respond to inquiries from criminal and civil justice practitioners and others looking to enhance their community’s response to domestic violence. |
