This sample brief form argues that a government agency is not permitted to arrest and/or prosecute a battered women, listed as a protective party, for allegedly violating a civil protection order or criminal no contact order entered on her behalf, as such actions violate the individual's constitutional rights under the 1st, 5th and 14th Amendments and exceeds the jurisdictional authority of the sitting court.
