Scant research has been devoted to how pre- and post- separation sexual coercion functions in the lives of abused women generally and, more particularly, what implications it has for child custody litigation. This webinar considers sexual coercion in context, discusses evidence-based methods of identifying sexual coercion, and connects the research to family court practice and advocacy.
