Training and Consulting Services
BWJP offers training, technical assistance, and consultation on the most promising practices of the criminal and civil justice systems in addressing domestic violence. Its staff provides information and analysis on effective policing, prosecuting, sentencing, and monitoring of domestic violence offenders. Civil issues that may be addressed by BWJP staff include: protection orders, separation and divorce, custody, and confidentiality.
