videoconferencing services to organizations in the Minneapolis-St. Paul
area, with special rates for non-profits. For more information,

Procedures:

Complete and sign
request form no less than two weeks before call

Provide BWJP with call details (described below) no less than two
weeks before call

Arrive 30 minutes before call for equipment orientation

Payment required within two weeks of call

Do not confirm your videoconference until BWJP has notified you
that the facility is available on the requested date/time.
