This webinar is hosted by the National Center on Protection Orders and Full Faith and Credit (NCPOFFC) in collaboration with the National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life (NCALL) and Legal Action of Wisconsin's Elder Rights Project, and is open to the public.

As our country has confronted the COVID-19 pandemic, it has necessitated profound changes in the way we offer services to older survivors of abuse, and in victims’ ability to access needed supports. This webinar will explore the challenges and opportunities that arise in working with older survivors during a pandemic, with a particular focus on issuance, service, and enforcement of protection orders.

The presenters welcome your questions in advance; please email any questions to no later than June 24, 2020.

Angel Kwaterski, Elder Rights Project Attorney, Legal Action of Wisconsin
Ann Laatsch, Justice System Coordinator, National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life
