Please join us for a webinar highlighting ways in which courts and judges can better understand and respond to domestic violence risk factors in civil cases, highlighting outcomes from a national roundtable held by the National Center on Protection Orders and Full Faith & Credit. The webinar will focus on new tools for courts, attorneys and self-represented litigants to incorporate into their civil protective order hearings. The webinar will provide an overview of risk factors, strategies, challenges, and lessons learned in enhancing the court's response to domestic violence risk assessment.
